Bubble Gum may not score high on the entertainment quotient and is definitely not meant for the popcorn guzzlers. But the film has a piquant charm to it, spilling over with mood, sentiment and message. Add to this, the life-like performances by almost all the actors, including the two teen actors (Delzad and Sohail as the hearing-impaired), and you have a film that offers a satisfying experience.

Real Scandal Story : Ragini MMS

Many of us might be searching on Real Scandal Story Or Original Ragini / Deepika MMS of Ragini aka Delhi Based Deepika. I agree I have been too late on researching on topic of Real Ragini MMS Scandal.

Ekta Kapoor's film Ragini MMS, was creating a lot of buzz for its sensuous paranormal thriller story when it was released. Reportedly Balaji tried hard to hide the inspiration behind the story but it is finally revealed to everybody before movie released. Ragini MMS is a story based on a 22-year-old Delhi girl Deepika.
After researching a lot I came to know that, just when Deepika was recovering from the dreadful incident in Delhi, Ekta was playing with the idea of making a film on real MMS scandals IN Mumbai. At this time Deepika’ s friend who works in the Creative department of Balaji asked Ekta if she’d like to meet her friend who had gone through a real life MMS scandal incident.

Now, lets open up the real story of RAGINI MMS or you can say Deepika MMS without toying it or juggling it as Ekta Kappor did. But before proceeding further I would like to make it clear, that in real life both Deepika and Her Boyfriend is alive. She confirmed that she felt some Paranormal Activity was going on in the house were they stayed. But it seems the ghost was too good that it did not become, “Kabab mein Haddi” on that night.


As we have seen in the movie, Deepika and her boyfriend (name withheld by request) had gone out for a weekend to a house in the outskirts of Delhi. As narrated by Deepika, “The area was very dark. Somehow, I got a lot of negative vibes when I entered that place. But then when you are with a person you trust, you know how it is. I did not pay any attention. But I was very uncomfortable throughout the night. All along, I felt somebody was watching us”.

After a sensuous night in each other’s arms, Deepika was shocked to see the laptop they carried switched on. Her boyfriend had recorded the entire passionate video to create and circulate it as an MMS. She further narrated, “I was with him for five months already. I guess we wanted to take the relationship to the next level. He suggested we go to this place his friend owned. It was our first night out.”

She was shocked and in a trauma of her boyfriend cheated her and also little bit scared of the reported paranormal activity which occurred that night. Due to this she was in a hospital for almost a year after the incident occurred. The girl who believes in ghost says,, “Agar kuch dikh nahi raha tha toh wahaan zaroor koi paranormal activity ho rahi thi. I felt that the place where we went was very unnatural.” She adds that she had turned wiser after that shocking incident. “In fact, I never met him after that incident,” she says honestly.



So now as we know that Ragini MMS is hardly inspired by real life Ragini, Deepika lets have a short review of Ragini MMS, although it is too late to do it.
Ragini MMS, is inspired by a true life incident. The way Ekta and Team has juggled down the entire real life story, hats off to her creative team. After a long time, I felt like I have been thrilled. Although, the ghost was looking more like a cartoon character rather than a ghost, but few scenes are remarkably thrilling. Director was very much inspired by Paranormal Activity and hence we were able to hear lots of thudding sounds and unnecessary Dark scenes. For few scenes I was really in a shock like why they are there in movie? Just to increase length of the movie? I don’t know what Ekta was thinking at this time.

Overall I enjoyed Ragini MMS for a brilliant effort to scare Indian audiences.

'Singham' isn't an unwatchable film, but how many times can you watch bad guys being whipped with a belt? Or heads being pummeled by a bare fist? There is such a thing as overkill, after all. I'm going with two out of five for director Rohit Shetty's 'Singham'. I suspect it's going to make a load of money; I only wish it was a better film. Ajay Devgn fans won't be disappointed.

Movie Review: Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara

Plot:
'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara' is a story of three friends. 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara' has done very good promotion for Spain Tourism.

Kabir (Abhay Deol) is getting married and he is planning to celebrate his long bachelor party in Spain with his two friends Imraan (Farhaan Akhtar) and Arjun (Hrithik Roshan). All of them are on a road trip in Spain where they go different spots and meet different people. How this trip changes there thinking and changes the way they take their life, we will see in Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara.

The Cast:

If I ask any hero in Bollywood who looks Truly International then answer is Hrithik Roshan. After a truly international look and feel films like 'Kites' and 'Guzaarish' he is back with 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara'. His last movie 'Guzaarish' could not gather audiences at Box Office but it has earned him lots of awards for his mind blowing performance. Keeping up the same pace he is back as a Arjun, with this truly International movie 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara'. His character portrays a money minded Stock Broker whose only focus is money. He does well as usual but there aren’t any shades to his character.

Farhaan Akhtar Plays the role of Imraan in the movie and among all of the three, he shares best character, because his dialogues are funniest among all. And with Hrithik and Abhay he shares very good chemistry. But his role is has too many shades and tries too hard. Though competent actor that he is Farhaan does well, his voice over reciting poetry too is very well used.

Abhay Deol has already proved himself as a “King of Small Budget” films, but when it comes to Big Budget movies he hasn’t got really well due, like in his last film Aisha. In 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara' he has not much scope to do because main characters are not very well edged out. And talented actor like Abhay is simply wasted in the movie. But still his sincerity stands out in the movie.

Katrina Kaif’s role is very short in 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara' and she doesn’t have much to do. As always she looks very beautiful but because of his short role, she doesn’t have platform to showcase her talent. I would have loved to see more of this lovely actress and I feel like Katrina is not used effectively enough. Even his screen case with Hrithik lacks the sizzle.

Kalki is playing Abhay’s rich fiancé. She plays nagging in love girl who begins to suffocate Abhay. She did very good job but she doesn’t have much scope of performance. However, her role is not enough in a Male dominated film.

The Music
Like every time, Tridev Maestro Shankar, Ehsaan and Loy has created magical music. Music is young, peppy and fresh and the songs go well with the movie. 'Senorita' and 'Ek Junoon' are superhit songs of the movie. Like movie, songs are also beautifully shot. My personal favourtite is slow and sweet song, “Khwaabon ke parindey”. Overall music is very good.

Direction
Zindagi na milegi dobara, is Zoya akhtar’s second movie after Luck by chance. She has shotted beautifully and even chunky roles for his male actors. She tried to created 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara' like a Hollywood movie. But apart from Exotic location, film’s slow pace is dragging the whole movie experience. Scenes are too long and length of the film is too much.

But director has managed to capture the beauty of Spain very well. There are some superb moments from the stars as well. But the movie appears to lack substance due to its length.

Verdict
Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, is this year’s most awaited movie. But unfortunately it falls below expectations. The films basic premise, of three youngsters and a roadtrip to indulge in adventurous sports and face their fears is very good. But the execution of the story, lacks the pulsating throbe needed for a Testosterone heavy film. Performances are competent but Plot is slow. Movie is very much lengthy. At least 25 minutes could be eructed, because in some scenes it gets slow and boring. Spain tourism would be delighted for this superb promotion for their country. Still for a first of its kind attempt of an exotic and adventurous cinema I vote for below ratings for Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara.

Chillar Party Review : Brilliant and Clever Emotional Joy Ride

Chillar party is Salman Khan's "Being Human" label's first film. Sallu wants to change audience thinking towards children movie with this film. Lets see if Salman can do this with this film or not.

Plot:
Chillar party is a gang of some naughtorious but innocent children. One fine day, Fatkaa the poor car washer boy comes to their colony with his best friend Biddu who is a Street Dog. After some of the initial tension they both become members of Chillar party. But one fine day Biddu's life is in danger when a nasty politcal leader decides to get rid off from all street dogs. And then Chillar Party is on the way to save Biddu.

The Cast
Chillar Party's main cast is some of the Child Artists. And I should say all these children out there did a fantastic job. Their Natural Acting, Innocence and Funny Mischief will win Audiences’ heart. Every child has his distinct character and all of them do a fabulous job. Specifically, Jhangia who never wears shorts (Chaddi) and Panoti, every time he opens his mouth a new problem will occur. They all look very cute and are a delight to watch apart from being naturally super performers.

Direction
Chillar party is directed by Nitesh Tiwari and Vikas Bahl. And within their debut they created a fantastic movie. Its not that easy to make film with so many children. Directors have think like children and you can see it in the movie. Movie’s length is perfect and story telling is very good.

Verdict
Chillar Party has everything. Beautiful performances, Entertaining dialogues and a excellent story. Movie has lots of Moral messages but it never gets speachy. This movie is for children, but I am sure it will be entertaining for adults also. The movie relies completely on a Brilliant script and superb story telling and does not need a super star special appearance of Salman Khan in it. Movie will make audience laugh, cry and take you back to your childhood.

Brilliant, Brilliant and Clever Emotional Joy Ride I give Chillar Party, Do not miss this one at any cost.

Murder 2 Review : A bold, twisted and thrilling movie

Plot:
Arjun Bhagwat (Imraan Hashmi) is a Ex-cop of Goa Police, but now a days for money he does anything. He is also in a casual relationship with Priya. One day he receives a different kind of work, a Gangsters call girl is missing one by one and Arjun has to find them out. Things get worst as he dig deeper. And now Arjun has to surrender everything, his life and his girlfried. Can Arjun find out mystery of these missing call girls? Can he save his life? Can he save his girlfriend?

The Cast:
Imraan Hashmi's last film was Dil Toh Baccha Hey Ji, which could not rock on BoxOffice. Now, Imraan is back with Murder 2 sequel of Murder, the film which made him a star. Imraan is playing Arjun Bhagwat's role a tough guy who doesnt believe in God. Imraan's performance is decent and his Chemistry with Jacquline is really good. He has worked out on his physic very much but this can be seen only in one scene.

Jacqueline Fernandez is playing Priya's role. She is a model and loves Arjun Bhagwat. Jacqueline looks stunning and whenever she is on screen she sizzles the screen. With Imraan her scenes are too hot and bold. But unfortunately she doesn’t share so much of screen along with Imraan as she doesn’t have a big role in the movie. Hence she has no scope of showing her Performance in the movie.

The Music
The Bhatts usually have nice music in films, but all I can't recall from Mruder 2 is Bheege honth tere. The music is composed by Harshit Saxena, Mithoon, Sangeet Haldipur, Siddharth Haldipur.

Direction
Mohit Suri’s Murder 2 is not half the film Anurag Basu’s Murder was. Murder 2's direction is in Mohit Suri's hand who is cousine of Imraan Hashmi. Mohit Suri is blieved to be the loyalist of Bhatt camp.

Murder 2 is a thriller movie and Mohit has maintained a very good pace in the movie. Background Music is very well scored and attached with the pace of movie. And given the kind of story Mohit did a good job but could not match Anurag Basu.

Verdict:
Murder 2 is sequel of Murder but both the movies has no connection. Murder 2 is dark and engaging thriller. Film is fool of sex and violence. Screenplay is dull but hot chemistry between Imraan and Jacqueline will definately attract people.

Delhi Belly, A bold way to mess up with Belly

Delhi belly is an adult comedy movie.



Plot:
The plot of the movie begins with 3 Good friends Tashi, Aroop and Nitin who stays together in a shared appartment. Tashi's fiance sonia by mistake is involved in a smuggling racket when she agrees to deliver a packet containing smuggled diamonds. She gives this packet to Tashi to deliver and unfortunately it gets mixed up with the Stool Test Sample. Yes you listened it right, Stool Test Sample. Now, Smugglers are behind Tashi, Aroop and Nitin and they run to save their life from Smugglers. The movie is also about Nitin having a Delhi Belly and constantly searching for a toilet in the movie.

The Cast:
Imraan Khan plays role of Tashi in the movie. This is completely a new makeover role for Imraan. Imraan is a simple regular guy in the movie who unwillingly involves in smuggling operation. His expressions are natural in the movie and he is intense and complimenting to both the actresses Shenaaz and Poorna. Undoubtebly and Easily this is Imraan’s best performance so far in his career.

Vir Das has entertained us so much as a comedian but he is not so funny in the movie. With Kunaal his chemistry and scenes are good but his best moment in the film is Jaa Chudail song where he is both funny and obnoxious.

Kunaal is the funniest guy among 3 of them. He plays Nitin where he suffers from the bad case of Delhi Belly after eating Tandoori Chicken from filthy Delhi Street vendor. All problem starts because of Nitin's Loose Motion. Kunal's dialogue delivery is too good and with lots of bad words.

Shenaaz plays the role of Sonia (Tashi's Fiance). In film she doesn’t share very big role, but whatever she has been assigned she is good in it. She plays a typical irritating, nagging girlfriend role. And other then looking cute she doesn’t have much to do in the movie.

Poorna makes a bollywood debut with Delhi Belly. In film she shares a journalist role who plays a messed up part. She is a bold and smart girl who helps Taashi and his friends to escape from the smugglers. She is very good in her role and with Imraam she shares very Hot Chemistry, specially their hot kissing scene.
After Game this is the second movie of Abhinay Deo. He paid lots of attention to all details and tiniest things have been taken care about like Cocroaches on leftovers, Water refilling, etc. He has captured Single youngster’s life very easily and perfectly. Film direction is overall very good.

Music is composed by Ram Sampath and it has already rocked charts, although with some controversies. Songs like DK Bose is matching with the movie. There’s one Item number by uncle Aamir, although very simple, but as a Mr. Perfectionist he justified his 80s makeover.

Overall Verdict :
A bold movie which is way ahead of its time.
Akshat verma has written a very good script and with Cast and Directors entertaining and intelligent film have been produced. But the movie is mostly in English and with very bold dialogues. Hence, its not meant for all audiences. But movie will definitely find its Niche audiences. Delhi Belly is a small film but youngsters will definitely like this for his boldness. Full marks to Aamir Khan and his team once again for daring and making such a bold film.
